Project Overview
Gasweld Industries delivered civil and fuel-system works for the construction of a new commercial service station.
The project required close coordination between civil contractors, builders, electrical trades and fuel-equipment suppliers. Gasweld Industries completed the underground preparation and fuel infrastructure required before the site progressed to final surfacing and commissioning.
Scope of Works
The project included:
- Site excavation and trenching
- Preparation of underground tank areas
- Installation of underground fuel pipework
- Installation of containment and access points
- Backfilling and compaction
- Concrete cutting and reinstatement
- Connection of fuel dispensers
- Pressure testing and commissioning
- Removal of excess material from the work area
The installation was completed in stages to align with the broader construction program.
Project Outcome
The completed works provided the new service station with a fully integrated underground fuel system supported by the required civil infrastructure.
By managing both the civil and fuel-system components, Gasweld Industries helped simplify project coordination and maintain consistency across the installation.
